Ingredients needed for preparing Tawa Chicken
● Chicken – 500 grams
● Onion- 2 big size finely chopped
● Tomato:- 1&half finely chopped
● Ginger paste– 1& half tablespoons
● Garlic paste– 1& half tablespoon
● Red chili powder- 1 tablespoon
● Capsicum- 1 cup in the cubed shape
● Onion- 1 cup in the cubed shape
● Methi dana/Fenugreek Seed- 1 tablespoon
● Green chili- 3
● Olive oil– 4 tablespoon
● Lemon juice – 1 tablespoon
● Salt– as per your desire
● Sugar– as per your desire
● Fresh cream- half cup
Recipe
1. Take some olive oil in the frying pan. Add methi dana and start to fry.
2. After that add the chopped onion and fry it.
3. Now, add garlic paste and ginger paste. Also, add turmeric powder and salt.
4. Try to saute until you get the golden brown color. After that add tomato puree, garam masala, red chili powder, and saute well.
5. Now, after some time, add chicken, lemon juice, salt, and sugar.
6. The main step is to roast the chicken. It will take 18 to 22 minutes to fry. If you see that the chicken is roasted completely then add fresh cream. Cook it for 15 to 20 minutes until it gets completely cooked. Keep in the frying fan so that it won’t get burnt.
7. When the chicken is ready then add the fried capsicum onion cubes, coriander leaves, and red chilies. Your Tawa chicken is ready.
