A personal favourite of our Founder at CRISTA, this complex blend is a flavourful, versatile, spicy amalgamation of premium dry whole and ground spices that serve as a key ingredient for people that love to grill! The versatility of this blend allows it to be used to season lamb, pork, chicken, fish or beef. It can be added to marinades or sprinkled directly on grilled vegetables. Freshly machine ground using our sophisticated hammer crushers and micro pulverisers, the blend is subsequently mixed in an automatic GMP blender to achieve the desired balance and consistency.
