Target Tested Tough segments and the many concave shot-locking segment holes adorning them will keep your board from breaking; these holes with the help of the board's ultra-thin spider also prevent bounce-outs. Moreover surrounding the board is a numbered catch ring to intercept any stray throws that would otherwise end up in your wall. The 800 also features a backlit scoreboard with a highly detailed extended display to keep all bookkeeping both accurate and thorough and while it looks advanced a simple eleven-key interface makes it nice and easy to navigate. Meanwhile the Metropolitan Cabinet containing the board is constructed from pine and held together via box joints; its back is reinforced with black cloth to protect your wall from punctures. The doors of the cabinet are fitted with self-closing brushed nickel hinges. Darts and other accessories can be stored in the compartment below the board area. The Shadow Buster illuminates your dartboard from above making it - and all of your targets - visible in any rec room. It also flips up when not in use and runs on four AA batteries. Finally the dart mat rolls out onto your floor without the aid of adhesives to protect it from bounce-outs and features a throw line embossed directly onto the vinyl.
