The final product is deliciously soft and moist fingerlicking Seekh Kababs. Steps to Cooking1. In half cup of water, add Shan TikkaSeekh Kabab Mix, garlic paste, yogurt and 2 tablespoons of butter. Mix andapply to meat. Set aside for 3-4 hours. 2. Skewer the meat cubes and place onlow heat of coal/gas fire until lightly browned. 3. Brush the meat with butterand rotate skewers until the meat is tender. Serving Suggestions: Serve withShan Tamarind Chutney, salad and lemons.
