This truly authentic Madrasi explosion of flavor is known as the "The Original" masala for this spicy soup dish.
Ingredients : Coriander Chilli Black Gram Dhal Fenugreek Salt Curry leaves Cumin Pepper Mustard Asafoetida Turmeric Ginger Refined Peanut Oil.
RECIPE : Boil 200g toor dal. Fry mustard seeds chopped onions green chillies and curry leaf in oil till golden brown. Take 100 gms of vegetables of your choice 2 tomatoes tamarind juice 1 tablespoon Sakthi Sambar Powder salt to taste and cook with boiled dal for 15 minutes. Garnish with chopped coriander leaves. Tasty sambar is now ready to serve.
