PRODUCT INFORMATION
There are 3 main verities of mustard seeds yellow, brown and black grown in India. The seeds of the plant are the spice. Yellow mustard seeds are pale tan in color have a smooth finish. The Seeds have a sharp nutty flavor that adds heat to any dish. The plant has beautiful bright yellow flowers that can be seen miles away when in bloom.

1 cucumber diced without skin
1 tomato diced
1 ½ cups yogurt
½ tsp. salt
1 tsp. Rani Yellow Mustard Seeds
1 tsp. Rani Cumin Seeds
1 tbsp. Vegetable oil
Handful of chopped cilantro
Sprinkle of Rani Paprika
Mix together cucumber, tomatoes, yogurt and salt. Heat oil add mustard seeds and cumin. Once they finish popping, (approx. 1 minute) add yogurt. Stir well and serve chilled. Garnish with paprika and cilantro.
