Indian Pastes: are convienent blends of ground spices preserved in oil for freshness. Hot Vindaloo Paste is ideal for all meat and fish dishes, as well as an array of vegetarian dishes.
Directions:
Fry 2 finely chopped onions in ghee or butter/oil until golden. Add 500g of cubed beef, fish, prawns or vegetables and lightly brown. Add one tablespoon of Rani Vindaloo Curry Paste and stir through. If desired, canned tomatoes or puree maybe add. Add one cup of water and simmer until meat is tender, adding extra water if required.
