Indian Pastes: are convienent blends of ground spices preserved in oil for freshness. Rani Kebab Paste is ideal for all meat and fish dishes, as well as an array of vegetarian dishes.
Directions:
Mix 200g minced lamb, 1 finely chopped onion, 1 tbsp Rani Coriander Paste, 1 tsp Rani Mint Paste, 2 tbsp Rani Kebab Paste, 1 chopped dry slice of bread (without crust) and a beaten egg together. Divide mixture into 8 small kebabs 3cm in diameter. Place on a well greased baking tray in an oven heated to 190°C (374°F), Gas Mark 5 for 25 minutes, turning over once. Serve with naan.
