The dual 500 Watt elements are controlled by an adjustable thermostat and an on/off toggle switch. As a dual unit this warmer features (2) 3 qt. wells that allow you to serve 2 different products simultaneously. The warmer has two independently operated adjustable thermostats and an on/off toggle switch. Made of stainless steel the unit is great looking and constructed to withstand a demanding commercial environment. The units four rubber feet protect serving surfaces while keeping it securely in place. The unit operates on a 120V electrical connection.
