Organic toor dal is one the widest used dals / lentils in India. It has a nutty and earthy flavor. Organic toor dal cooks very fast and is highly digestible. Toor dal is also known as tuvar dal, split pigeon peas, or arhar dal. Organic food is the product of a farming system which avoids the use of man-made fertilisers, pesticides; growth regulators and livestock feed additives.
