Ingredients:- Coriander (42%) Redchilli Redgram dal Bengal gram dal salt Turmeric Fenugreek Cumin Blackgram dal Spice extracts Blackpepper Mustard Curry Leaves Ginger and Asafoetida.
How to cook
Cook 4tbsp Toor dal + 2 cup water +½ tsp oil(4whistles in pressure cooker)
Add ¾ cup cut vegetables one small size cut onion and one medium size cut tomato & cook well.
Add 1tbsp MTR spicy Sambar Powder + 3cup water Cook well. Add 2 tbsp tamarind pulp (1:5 tamarind: water) + salt Cook well.
Heat 2 tsp oil + ¼tsp mustard seeds + 2nos red chili + 1 sprig curry leaves.
Add to sambar. (Note 1 cup = 200ml)
