Organic Moong Dal is a product of taking whole green moong beans splitting them and removing the outer green layer. The resulting moong dal is a fast cooking nutritious and earthy flavored lentil. Moong dal is also very easy to digest and packed with protein. It is popularly used in soupy dal dishes and also mixed with rice in the popular "Kheechari" dish.
