Fish is a staple in most South Indian homes and this masala brings out the true flavor and aroma of Fish Curries that are so popular throughout India.
Preparation:
Make a paste of Aachi Fish Masala with water and Lemon Juice. Apply paste to fish pieces. After 2 hours deep fry the pieces in cooking oil. No need to add salt. This Masala also can be used to prepare yam and potato fries.
