This South Indian variant to curry powder is used to make a simple curry gravy that can be used to make vegetable and non-veg curries.
Preparation:
To make mutton curry chicken curry peas kurma & vegetable peas and potato curry. To prepare any type of above mentioned curries make a base using a tomato base vegetable soup base etc and then add Aachi curry masala powder and required chilli powder. (This Aachi curry masala powder does not contain chili powder).
Ingredients:- Coriander Black Pepper Cinnamon Cumin Dry Ginger Cardamom Bay Leaf Fennel Turmeric Cloves nutmeg mace and salt.
