Mango amchur powder also known as mango powder is a tangy and sour spice powder made from dried unripe green mangoes. The mangoes are peeled sliced and dried in the sun then ground into a fine powder. Amchur powder is commonly used in Indian Pakistani and Bangladeshi cuisine to add sourness and tanginess to dishes.
