Cold pressed mustard oil is most suited for general purpose cooking. Its a very stable oil due to high amount of MUFA. Cold Pressed Mustard Oil has very high boiling point, and hence its appropriate for frying or cooking food at high temperatures. When you use Cold Pressed Mustard Oil for cooking, make sure use only 65-70% of refined oil.
