A universally popular Indian snack made of batter coated vegetables, deep
fried. Pakoras are hot favoutrites in rainy season, relished with tamarind
chutney or tomato soup ketchup.Pakora Mix can also be used for Bhaji,South
Indian favorite dish used in all occasions.Preparation:1.Mix contents of this
pack in 200ml of water.Stir to a smooth batter and set aside for 5 minutes.
2.Slice potatoes,onions,brinjal(egg plant) & spinach.You can also large whole
green chillies.Dip these into batter and coat evenly. 3.Deep fry in min.500ml
hot oil till golden brown.Serve with hot chutney or tomato sauce.Tip:For
crispy onion Pakoras(Bhaji):Slice approx.4-5 medium size onions,3-4 green
chillies and chopped coriander/cilantro.Mix well and add the Pakora mix to the
onion mixture.Gradually add 150ml water just enough to form a thick
batter.Deep fry spoonfuls of the batter.
