"Chaina Angoor" refers to a popular Indian sweet that is essentially small grape-sized sweets made from milk solids often resembling miniature grapes.
To make Chaina Angoor the khoya (reduced milk solids) is mixed with a binding agent like maida (all-purpose flour) and shaped into small round balls similar to grapes. These balls are then deep-fried until golden brown and subsequently soaked in sugar syrup giving them a sweet and syrupy flavor. The name "Chaina Angoor" translates to "Chinese Grapes" in English.
