Spice blend for vegetable curry
Garam Masala is typically added towards the end of cooking to retain its aroma and flavor. It’s used in a wide variety of Indian dishes including curries dals biryanis and vegetable dishes and can also be sprinkled over the finished dish as a garnish. Garam Masala can be bought pre-made but many prefer to make it fresh at home to ensure a richer more aromatic spice mix.
