Method 1 : Sprinkle salt water in required amount of vermicelli and mix well. steam in idly pan for 5 mins and then cook with chopped onion and chillies. Method 2 : Add little oil in kadai, splutter mustard seeds and add chopped onion and chilly and stir for 5 min, add vermicelli and sprinkle salt water to wet well the vermicelli and close with lid and cook for 10 min untill it gets soften and serve hotNOTE : All types of vermicelli needs minimum of 10% wheat to make it to a vermicelli form.. Allergens to wheat kindly avoid vermicelli & order millet flakes which is purely made from the respective whole millets.
