Rose petal paste is known in Indian health sciences as a cooling agent for the body. It is used medicinally and also as a flavor enhancer in aftermints known as muhkwas.
Ingredients: sugar and rose petal. Total sugar content 75gm per 100gms. Preserved rose petals 25gms per 100gms.
