Aachi Sambar Powder is known through-out India for being an authentic composition of spices to create truly tasty and flavorful Sambar dishes.
Preparation:
Boil 100g Toor Dal. Set Aside. In a large pan Add 2 tablespoons oil and add mustard once oil is hot. Add onion green chillies curry leaves and fry till golden brown. Take 100g cut vegetables 2 tomatoes tamarind juice required Aachi Sambar Powder salt to taste and cook with boiled dhal for 15 minutes. Now garnish with chopped coriander leaves. Now tasty Aachi Sambar is ready to serve.
