Aachi Masala is a traditional Chettinad Masala - very famous in South India for its unique cuisine.
Preparation:
Fry 100g onion in 100g oil in a pressure cooker. Add 2 tomatoes 50g plain yogurt (curd) 1/2 spoon lemon juice. 20g Aachi Briyani Masala 300g mutton or chicken or 300g vegetables and fry for 1 minute. Add necessary water 300g briyani rice salt to taste coriander / mint leaves and cook till whistle. After 15 minutes tasty briyani is ready to serve.
Ingredients:- Chilly Salt Cloves Coriander Cardamom Cinnamon Aniseed Ginger Garlic Onion Nutmeg Staranise etc.
