Organic ragi flour is produced from small reddish-brown organic ragi seeds. Ragi is also know as Finger Millet in Africa and Nachani in South India.
Ragi flour is mostly used to make unleavened breads ragi dosas (similar to crepes) porridge ragi balls and drinks.
This organic ragi flour is rich in calcium protein and iron. It is common for expecting mothers to consume this and also feed it as a first food to their babies.
