Kulcha is a type of soft leavened flatbread from the Indian subcontinent particularly popular in Punjab. It is traditionally made from refined wheat flour milk/yogurt and a leavening agent like baking soda or yeast giving it a light fluffy texture.
Kulcha is often cooked in a tandoor (clay oven) which imparts a slight smoky flavor. It is commonly served with curries and dals.
Approximately 5.5 inches in diameter.
Ingredients: enriched wheat flour water vegetable canola oil sugar wheat gluten salt yeast vinegar whole milk powder vanilla flavour calcium propionate sorbic acid enzymes (amylase xylanase protease).
