Ingredients:- Water Coconut Cream (Extracted Coconut Water) Onion Chickpea (Chickpeas Water Salt) Diced Tomatoes in juice Carrots Kale Safflower oil Ginger Tapioca Flour Garlic Sea Salt Coriander Cane Sugar Lemon Juice Concentrate Turmeric Serrano Pepper Cumin Fennel Cinnamon Clove Paprika Cayenne Black Pepper Cardamom Nutmeg.
Contains:- Tree nuts (Coconut).
Heat Instruction:- Shake well before opening. Refrigerate unused portion and use within 7 days.
Stove Top:- Simmer in a saucepan over medium heat stirring often until hot.
Microwave:- Pour soup into a microwave-safe bowl and heat on high for 60 Seconds (ovens may vary).
Do not Microwave container.
